Of course - but it's not compulsory! Many clients prefer to relax in silence, others like to chat. The session is completely tailored to your mood.
Should I eat before the massage?
We recommend avoiding heavy meals in the two hours before the session. A light meal is perfectly acceptable.

We are open Monday to Saturday from 9.30 to 21.30 and Sunday from 11.00 to 21.30.
